Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various night-shift roles (warehouse, logistics, customer support).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in Nashville to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for all placed candidates.
- Process payroll and timekeeping documentation accurately for temporary staff.
- Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and optimizing job postings for high visibility.
- Collaborate with the team to fill urgent vacancies and meet daily placement goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
