Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Open: No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
