Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Organize warehouse inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and movements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
