Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace to meet safety standards.
- Utilize barcode scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
- Conduct quality checks on products before final shipment.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) or rotating shifts.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong reliability and punctuality record.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
