We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Vision 2026 Program Director to spearhead our enterprise-wide strategic initiatives leading into 2026. In this critical role, you will act as the central hub for our 'Project 2026' roadmap, ensuring that all cross-functional teams are aligned, motivated, and executing on our most ambitious corporate objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the 'Project 2026' strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate directly with C-suite executives to define, refine, and prioritize corporate objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
- Manage the overarching program budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Present regular progress reports and strategic insights to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-year corporate initiatives.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex program budgets.
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in modern project management and roadmapping software (e.g., Jira, Asana, ProductPlan).
