Responsibilities
- Architect and own the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap across all core product lines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure strict alignment with 2026 milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to forecast trends and identify emerging opportunities for the 2026 launch cycle.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Present quarterly strategy updates, resource allocations, and risk assessments to the executive board.
- Identify potential operational roadblocks early and develop proactive, data-driven mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related technical field (MBA highly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or multi-year roadmap development.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a deeply data-driven mindset.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and aligning C-level executives.
- Expert proficiency with strategic planning and roadmapping tools (e.g., Aha!, ProductBoard, Jira Align).
- Ability to think creatively and critically about long-term business goals and market positioning.
