Responsibilities
- Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of the company's 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and finance, to ensure project alignment and seamless delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and future growth opportunities.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of strategic initiatives.
- Present regular progress reports, strategic recommendations, and risk assessments to executive leadership.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure optimal efficiency and ROI.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and proactive problem-solving within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.
