- Identify emerging market trends and technological advancements to integrate into our 2026 product pipeline.
- Develop comprehensive risk management, resource allocation, and mitigation strategies.
- Present progress reports, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations directly to the C-suite.
- Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in strategic planning, product management, or program leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from conception to launch.
