Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create detailed user personas
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop responsive UI systems with Figma/Adobe XD
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Create design documentation and style guides
- Present work to stakeholders and justify design decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional UX/UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals
- Experience with responsive web and mobile design
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech preferred
