Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and assistance with daily activities

Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience

- Valid CPR certification and negative TB test results
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
