Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vital sign assessments with precision
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
- Administer medications and injections per protocols
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and patient records
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Coordinate patient education and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and billing
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or CMA credential required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification current
- Strong phlebotomy and ECG skills
- Exceptional communication and empathy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 7am-7pm
