Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostic testing across chemistry, hematology, and immunology departments
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment including analyzers and centrifuges
- Adhere to strict CLIA and OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with on-call physicians for urgent result interpretation
- Document test results in electronic health records with zero-tolerance errors
- Participate in weekend inventory management and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related field required
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years clinical lab experience
- Proven proficiency in LIS and lab automation systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong weekend availability and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
