Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage and update customer and employee records within the internal database.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Assist with general office administration, including email management and phone support.
- Generate and distribute routine reports using Excel and Word.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity across departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or data entry roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
