We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running and handle diverse administrative tasks with precision.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process invoices and handle expense reports using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Concur).
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, screening and routing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with data entry projects, maintaining filing systems both electronically and in hard copy.
- Organize company events and coordinate travel arrangements for the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN.
