Responsibilities

- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records for the department.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports for senior staff members.
- Provide general office support, including document filing, photocopying, and supply management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
