Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at top tech companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software engineering roles
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
