Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech forums
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles using Boolean search strategies
- Develop deep client partnerships through weekly business reviews and pipeline forecasting
- Lead technical interviews and assessments while collaborating with engineering hiring managers
- Optimize recruitment funnel using data analytics to reduce time-to-fill by 30%+
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and feedback loops
- Train junior recruiters on modern sourcing techniques and ATS optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record placing engineers
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and GitHub sourcing
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and data science
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or Technical Recruiter Certification preferred
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions with 85%+ fill rate
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or other modern ATS platforms
