Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client requirements using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract-to-hire and direct placement roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at top SF companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and executive positions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and pipeline metrics
- Present detailed candidate profiles with comprehensive market insights
- Collaborate with business development team to understand client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with SF Bay Area clients
- Proven track record placing technical roles (software engineers, data scientists)
- Expert knowledge of SF talent market and competitive compensation structures
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring deadlines
- ATS certification (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
