- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record in urgent hiring
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent assignments under tight deadlines
