Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to offer negotiations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly/monthly KPIs
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of Bay Area talent landscape and industry regulations
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
