Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract roles across manufacturing, healthcare, and IT sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and social media platforms to expand talent pipeline
- Track KPIs including placement rates and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and close placements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, high-volume environments
