Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent client needs
- Conduct client consultations to refine job requirements and expectations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms effectively
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and closing strategies
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of placing technical and professional roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong network of candidates in the Minneapolis market
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize high-volume urgent requisitions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
