Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Miami metro area
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews and offers
- Utilize ATS platforms and social recruiting channels to maximize talent pipeline
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and client solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong Miami market knowledge and local professional network
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification highly desirable
