Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries in Memphis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Memphis market
