Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Develop long-term partnerships with hiring managers to ensure exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven staffing/recruitment experience in Kansas City market
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting KPIs
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Exceptional communication with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation highly desirable
