Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overnight positions using ATS platforms and targeted outreach
- Conduct virtual interviews during evening hours with warehouse, production, and healthcare staff
- Build relationships with Columbus-area employers to understand their night shift staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with labor regulations for overnight roles
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for night shift hires including drug screenings and background checks
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight placements
- Provide 24/7 support to both clients and candidates during non-traditional business hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or industrial focus
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage candidates during evening hours
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with healthcare or manufacturing compliance regulations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
