Responsibilities
- Source and vet high-caliber candidates across tech, design, and marketing niches using Boolean search and AI tools
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with 15+ key hiring partners in LA's startup ecosystem
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to develop data-driven talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and precise matching
- Lead targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions in competitive sectors
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing team-wide KPIs and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing with proven tech/creative industry expertise
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated placement success metrics
- Deep knowledge of LA's talent landscape and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Strong analytical abilities using recruitment analytics tools and reporting dashboards
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly placement targets
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
