Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time, contract, and temporary positions across finance, tech, and creative sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling, and onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track candidate pipelines and optimize placement efficiency
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions to clients
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-priority roles with precision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing experience with preference for agency background
- Expert knowledge of NYC job markets and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
