Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand industries (IT, Healthcare, Engineering)
- Build and nurture relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Houston metro
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates within tight deadlines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate candidate/client data in our ATS system
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly placement KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in technical, healthcare, or industrial recruitment preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive presence
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong network of Houston-based professionals (major plus)
