Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using advanced Boolean searches and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Utilize CRM systems to track placements, metrics, and pipeline management
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and salary trends
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality assurance
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of healthcare, IT, or manufacturing professionals in DFW area
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close complex placements
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and ROI
- Valid Texas state staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Self-motivated professional with ability to thrive in urgent, deadline-driven environment
