- Manage real-time staffing adjustments via mobile platforms
- Conduct onboarding for weekend contractors
- Resolve staffing conflicts with 24-hour turnaround
- Compile weekend performance analytics for clients
- Maintain compliance with Illinois labor regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Strong Chicago metro area network
- OSHA/HR certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
