Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced Boolean searches and niche networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client accounts in Portland's key sectors
- Develop data-driven talent pipelines using Lever and Greenhouse ATS systems
- Conduct client consultations to define staffing needs and craft tailored solutions
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize agency recruitment workflows
- Drive client retention through strategic account management and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency recruitment with proven success in technical or healthcare staffing
- Expertise in Portland's local talent market and emerging industry trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP credentials preferred
- Mastery of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills for candidate placement and contract management
- Track record of exceeding KPIs: 90+ placements/year, 95% client satisfaction
