Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend and temporary positions
- Match qualified candidates with client requirements using ATS systems
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment databases
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new weekend hires
- Track key recruitment metrics and report weekly performance
- Build relationships with local talent pools and community partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Knowledge of Nashville's job market preferred
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field a plus
