Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruiting platforms
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical and professional roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
