Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, creative, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean and social media
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment campaigns
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and GitHub
- Strong knowledge of LA's competitive talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
