Responsibilities

- Conduct behavioral interviews using competency-based assessment frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in high-volume technical recruitment or agency staffing
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Advanced knowledge of Louisiana labor regulations
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite executives
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
