Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients across Fort Worth's thriving industries
- Source, vet, and place qualified candidates in permanent, contract, and temporary roles
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and market positioning
- Drive business development through targeted outreach and client retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and CRM records with 100% compliance
- Mentor junior recruiters while contributing to agency innovation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or sales with measurable success metrics
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements/month in competitive markets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of Fort Worth's business landscape and talent pools
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing and Recruiting Certification (CSRP) preferred
