Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing assignments across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and our proprietary ATS to build robust candidate pipelines
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Columbus OH job market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
