Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-ins
- Utilize ATS systems and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate hiring logistics
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for placements and revenue
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/recruitment targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean search
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
