Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage interview processes and negotiate competitive compensation packages

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience in Atlanta market
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Familiarity with Atlanta's corporate landscape and key industry players
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
