Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and strategic networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and skill assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ corporate partners in Metro Detroit
- Develop innovative talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and executive roles
- Leverage ATS systems to optimize recruitment metrics and time-to-fill
- Present actionable market insights to clients through weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of filling technical, engineering, or healthcare roles
- Expert knowledge of Detroit's talent market and employer landscape
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 85% offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions in fast-paced environment
- Valid Michigan driver's license for client visits (25% travel)
