Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-demand positions efficiently
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master recruitment techniques
- Contribute to team recruitment metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
