Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using ATS platforms and job boards
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM system
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and posting openings across multiple channels
- Support client onboarding processes and build long-term recruitment partnerships
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and performance
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill urgent staffing needs across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment terminology and best practices
- Valid Washington state driver's license (client site visits required)
