Responsibilities
- Sourcel and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using cutting-edge ATS tools
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for Fortune 500 and emerging Omaha businesses
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure perfect candidate-role alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent Premier Staffing at industry networking events and career fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven track record of filling technical, clinical, or skilled trade positions
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Deep understanding of Omaha's labor market dynamics
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making experience
