Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and initial assessments
- Post job openings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary placements
- Conduct market research to identify passive candidates
- Support recruitment events and job fairs throughout San Antonio
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates encouraged
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or admin roles
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
