Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent roles across Long Beach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong understanding of Long Beach's job market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
