Responsibilities
- Urgently fill 15+ high-priority staffing positions monthly across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct elite candidate screenings and technical assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with ATS precision
- Develop strategic partnerships with Indianapolis's leading employers to forecast hiring needs
- Optimize recruitment funnels using data-driven metrics and conversion analytics
- Coordinate rapid-response staffing solutions for urgent client requirements
- Maintain compliance with Indiana staffing regulations and EEO standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume staffing or recruitment experience in competitive markets
- Expertise with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse) and applicant tracking systems
- Proven success filling technical roles (IT, engineering) and healthcare positions
- Strong Indianapolis professional network with established client relationships
- SHRM-SCP or CPC/SPHR certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills for contract terms and compensation packages
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent assignments with 95% fill rate
