Responsibilities
- Source and qualify top-tier candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through strategic outreach and consultative selling
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B recruitment or staffing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Valid Oklahoma staffing license or ability to obtain immediately
