Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships with Fortune 500 companies and mid-market firms across Atlanta
- Sourcer and recruit top-tier candidates for technical, creative, and executive roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to position candidates competitively
- Lead recruitment strategy sessions and provide market insights to clients
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements quarterly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network within Atlanta's tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Valid Georgia staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
