Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for urgent client assignments in Portland Metro area
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Manage 15-20 active requisitions simultaneously with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews using structured evaluation frameworks
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding with 95% placement retention
- Collaborate with sales team to develop talent pipeline strategies for key accounts
- Maintain ATS compliance with 100% data accuracy metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/corporate recruiting experience with tech/healthcare focus
- Proven track record of 50+ placements/year with 85% fill rate
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with offer acceptance rates >70%
- Portfolio demonstrating successful niche market recruitment
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid Oregon driver's license for client site visits
